Special Responsibilities:
JR Rastoul has been responsible for the implementation of the eCM solution at GASELYS. As permanent member of the steering Group, JR Rastoul helped in the elaboration of further projects eg the ePM project, which is planned to be deployed at GASELYS early 2010, especially to automate the position matching in the context of the physical operations.
Professional experience:
JR Rastoul is head of physical operations and logistics at Gaselys. He is involved in european projects such as Northwest Europe GRIs , CWE ERIs... dealing with the recommendation and the implementation of standardized and harmonized rules and procedures aiming at developing fair, unified open european energy markets. JR Rastoul has also a broad experience in project management and business analysis of all aspects of energy trading.
