Free regulatory reporting for REMIT Phase 1 and Phase 2
We are pleased to provide you with an important update on pricing relating to EFETnets electronic Regulatory Reporting (eRR) solution for REMIT Phase 1 and Phase 2.
EFETnet announced during EMART 2015 held November 25-26 in Barcelona that eRR will be free of charge both for Phase 1 AND for Phase 2 reporting.
Previously EFETnet offered free reporting for OMP orders and trades (Phase 1), whereas reporting of bilateral trades (Phase 2) would have been billable under certain conditions. The new pricing offers free reporting for bilateral energy trades (Phase 2) as well, regardless of whether the market participant uses eCM or not, and regardless of whether the bilateral trades are entered through a web-based interface (eRR lite) or an automated messaging interface.
We will publish the 2016 Fee Schedule with the new price conditions on the website in the next weeks. This pricing is guaranteed until 1 January 2017.
EFETnet is a not-for-profit organisation 100% owned by EFET, the European Federation of Energy Traders. As such, any future changes will be applied in a fair, transparent, and equitable manner. eRR already enables more than 430 trading entities to meet the REMIT Phase 1 requirements, and since the 7 October deadline more than six million transaction reports have been reported via eRR across Europe.
As of 7 April 2016, eRR will include REMIT Phase 2 energy trade reporting. Currently, the EFETnet eRR Phase 2 project group is working to refine the implementation of reporting requirements under REMIT Phase 2 through physical project group meetings once a month. If you would like to get more information in order to prepare your company for REMIT Phase 2 reporting, please send an email to email@example.com.
